The quotation is issued for valuation perposes only and in no way represents a binding contract. WWYS® withhold any payments until a full written contract has been signed between the customer and the company.

WWYS® is an international company and therefore both the customer and company agree to abide by the constitutional articles and laws of the United States of America.

Unlike with traditional, one-off "secured soul-owner loans", with WWYS® the customer is GUARANTEED a monthly CASH SUM for LIFE. All that is required of the customer is that he or she has a day job, specifically one that precludes the possibility of acting in any way that may be construed as soul- or life-affirming. If the customer chooses retirement at age 65 (minimum, preferably 75), the customer's (by then redundant) soul will be deemed worthless. The customer is therefore advised to take out a WWYS® pension plan, which may or may not guarantee a monthly cash sum of around a quarter to a third of soul-value at the time the policy started.

Questions on the quotation should be answered as accurately as possible. WWYS® are able to determine the value of the soul on extraction and any disparity will result in legal precedings to cover any difference.

Upon receipt of payment the contract is finalised. Any further settlement or change in the contract schedule is non-negotiable. Your soul is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The contract is a legally binding document and on completion the holding company will own the full rights to the customer's soul and its use hereof. The company reserves the rights to use the soul for any purpose which it sees fit and retains the right to resell the soul. In the event that the soul is genetically-modified by the company, it will remain bound by the original contract. However, there are no guarantees regarding the long-term value or utility of a GMS (Genetically-Modified Soul).

Remember, until the contract is signed by both parties the value of the customer's soul may go up or down.
